Shipping & Returns

Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class signed-for delivery and together with packaging and handling is charged at £4 (GBP) per order, unless listed as free shipping. Due to restrictions on fragrances, international shipment is not permitted, we’re sorry about that and will be working on enabling it. If you still want international shipping please email us at hello@gruhme.co.uk and we will try and introduce you to one of our retailers who ships our product to your destination country.

All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

The Bolin Webb R1 men’s razor provided in our Ultimate Shave Kit, and any other products as we may notify at the time of order, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, regardless of whether used, unless it is faulty and in that case is still within 12 months of order.

Unwanted products must be returned to Gruhme UK Limited, RETURNS, Access Storage, 180 Sherlock Street, Birmingham, B5 7EH in or with their original packaging using a tracked delivery service at your own cost within 30 days of receipt (your return costs (maximum of £8.00 GBP) will be refunded to you, please email us a copy of your receipt). Please retain proof of postage until you receive a refund or our response confirming receipt. None of this will affect your statutory rights, in the usual way.
